These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HelpThisAI's website and design conversion services. By submitting a project or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our Services

HelpThisAI takes AI-generated designs and converts them into production-ready files. Depending on your project, this may include vector conversion, resolution upscaling, RGB-to-CMYK color conversion, background removal, layered/editable file creation, font identification and recreation, and print spec preparation.

How Orders Work

To start a project, you submit your files and project details through our intake form. We review your submission and send a detailed estimate, typically within 24 hours. Every project is quoted individually based on its complexity.

• A small, non-refundable initiation fee confirms your project and moves it into production.
• Once your project is complete, we send a watermarked, low-resolution proof for your review.
• The remaining balance is due only after you've reviewed and approved that proof.
• Full-resolution, final files are delivered once payment is complete.

Revisions

Revisions are part of our process. Any changes or requirements clearly outlined in your initial project submission are covered under your quoted amount. Additional changes beyond what you originally described may incur extra fees, so we recommend being as clear and detailed as possible when submitting your project. Review your low-resolution proof and let us know about any revisions within your original scope before final payment. We'll work with you until the result is right.

Payment & Refunds

The initiation fee is non-refundable, as it confirms your project and reserves time in our production schedule. Beyond that, you're only responsible for the remaining balance after you've reviewed and approved your proof, so you're never charged in full for work you haven't seen and accepted.

Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the files you submit and of the final deliverables we create for you, once payment is complete. By submitting a project, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit the source material (including any AI-generated content), and that doing so doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. You're responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights to any AI-generated images or assets you provide to us.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround varies based on project complexity, and we'll include an estimated delivery timeframe with your quote. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need your project prioritized.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's intellectual property, or that we reasonably believe is harmful, fraudulent, or abusive. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a project that violates this policy.

File Handling & Privacy

Files you submit are used solely to complete your project. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle, store, and delete your files and information.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpThisAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services or legal requirements change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
