Can you fix images from Midjourney, DALL·E, or Adobe Firefly?
Yes. We work with AI-generated images from any platform, including Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, and others. If you can export the file, we can work with it.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, WebP, SVG, AI, PSD, and most other common formats. If you're unsure whether your file is compatible, just attach it. We'll let you know.
What formats will I get back?
Depending on your project, you'll receive a combination of SVG, PDF, AI (Illustrator), PNG (transparent background), and TIFF or PSD. We include every format relevant to your stated use case.
How does pricing work?
Every project is quoted individually based on complexity. After you submit, we send a detailed estimate within 24 hours. A small non-refundable initiation fee confirms your project, then the remaining balance is due only after you've reviewed and approved the low-res proof.
Do I have to pay before I see the work?
No. Beyond the small initiation fee, you only pay the remaining balance after reviewing and approving a watermarked low-res proof. You stay in control throughout the process.
How long does it take?
Turnaround varies by project complexity. We'll include an estimated delivery timeframe with your quote. Rush delivery is available if you need it fast. Just mention it when you submit.
What if I need revisions?
Revisions within the scope of your original submission are covered under your quoted amount. Additional changes beyond what you initially described may incur extra fees, so it helps to be as clear and detailed as possible when you submit your project. Review your low-res proof and request any changes within that scope before final payment.
Can you recreate a specific style or match a brand's look?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines, a reference file, or specific colors and fonts you need matched, include them in your project notes and we'll align the output accordingly.
Do you work with Canva exports?
Absolutely. Canva files exported as PNG or PDF are common requests. We convert them to fully editable, print-ready formats.
Is my file kept private?
Yes. Your files are used solely to complete your order and are never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. We delete files from our system 30 days after delivery.
